Digital overhaul underway at Mapfre

World’s largest Spanish insurance company Mapfre witnesses 30% of entries in its systems come from mobile and it isn’t about to lose momentum in the digital space. The insurer is looking to increase its digital business by 50% over the next two years via an investment of 500 million euros this year in technology. It just so helps that the company began its digital transformation with the launch of Verti back in 2011; its digital home and auto insurer.
