Aon acquires Humn.ai’s technology assets

Aon has acquired the tech assets and intellectual property of HUMN.ai to strengthen the firm’s commercial fleet proposition.

Based in the UK and founded in 2017, Humn.ai operated as an MGA offering commercial auto coverage while leveraging telematics data to assess driver behavior. The startup disclosed $23 million in funding.

This new capability will provide Aon’s clients with a real-time view into commercial fleet performance to make better decisions to reduce accidents and lower the total cost of risk.
