Church Mutual to open third location in home state

Church Mutual  announced plans to expand its footprint in Wisconsin by opening an office in downtown Milwaukee 833 East Michigan Avenue, likely during the fourth quarter of 2021.

The new, 10,000-square-foot location will be the company’s third in its home state. Church Mutual also has offices in Madison and Merrill, Wisconsin, as well as offices in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and Denver.

“We researched several cities before choosing to expand to Milwaukee. Ultimately, we made a deliberate choice to reinforce our Wisconsin roots and commitment to the state that’s been our home for more than a century. In addition to enhanced recruiting opportunities, strongly establishing ourselves in Milwaukee will provide options for innovation partnerships with premier educational institutions. It also offers options for philanthropic partnerships and events that will support our diversity and inclusion goals.” – Rich Poirier, Church Mutual’s president, and CEO.

According to company officials, the Milwaukee office will enhance the company’s recruiting efforts by providing increased access to a diverse pool of college students and new graduates. It also offers a major-market, urban location that may appeal to candidates who don’t wish to relocate to a smaller city in Wisconsin or move out of state.

The new office can accommodate up to 50 employees and will host a variety of departments and functions.
