Credit Karma acquires Haven Money
San Francisco-based Haven Money is being acquired by Credit Karma. “Going forward, we are excited for the opportunity to help over 100 million Credit Karma members make financial progress. We appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us and the feedback you’ve given along the way. You’ve helped shape Haven into a product we’re truly proud of and we thank you for being a part of this journey with us.”
Established in 2017 by Andrew Moreland and Elliot Marx, Haven offered a financial management app that helped users calculate the perfect amount of money to set aside every day – based on their income and spending – and automatically saved and invested the money on their behalf.
Following the acquisition, Haven will no longer be available after December 15, 2019.
