Let me explain. IAG’s Berkshire Hathaway Insurance Australia (BHIA) business has changed its name to IAL. The IAL business was transferred to IAG as part of the broader strategic relationship between IAG and Berkshire Hathaway, announced in June 2015, and until recently, the products used the BHIA name under license from Berkshire Hathaway. Bottom Line: don’t look for a call-to-action but a call-to-call (products are distributed via Steadfast insurance brokers.)
