Intenseye raises $64 million

Intenseye, a provider of workplace safety solutions, secured $64 million in series B funding led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Insight Partners, Point Nine, and Air Street Capital.

Founded in 2018, the New York-based startup uses existing cameras within facilities to identify safety issues that could lead to injuries and illnesses. Intenseye’s solution is being used in “thousands of sites” in more than 25 countries to protect over 100k workers.

The startup works with insurers and in 2021 it partnered with AXA XL to offer the service to insurance clients. Intenseye also lists Sumitomo, The Hartford, and USI as partners.
