Klook and Zurich introduce FlyEasy

Travel booking platform Klook , in partnership with Zurich, has introduced FlyEasy – a new benefit that offers Singapore residents complimentary lounge access in any airport around the world whenever their flights are delayed by more than two hours.

The new benefit, which is powered by Zurich’s embedded insurance platform, doesn’t involve a traditional claims process. Instead, customers register their flight details at least 24 hours before departure on Zurich’s FlyEasy platform and upon confirmation of a flight delay, the customer will automatically receive a notification email and SMS with a lounge access code. If there is no lounge available at their current location, the access code will remain valid for six months for use at any other airport lounge.

Last year, Klook and Zurich launched TravelJoy, a comprehensive travel insurance option.
