Neodigital launches new car insurer in Germany
Neodigital is starting the joint venture “Neodigital Autoversicherung AG” with HUK-COBURG and will be offering digitized motor vehicle insurance in Germany in the coming weeks. The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has granted the joint venture permission to operate a motor insurance company.
Neodigital’s special competence lies in digitizing insurance products, processes and services and developing scalable insurance models in the shortest possible time. Neodigital will also quickly, flexibly and individually align its range of offers in the automotive segment to the customers. The digital focus is supplemented by the many years of know-how of HUK-COBURG, Germany’s largest motor vehicle insurer. A special feature of the new insurance cover will be a future telematics capability in order to be able to offer a highly individual and best possible insurance cover with appropriate data evaluation.
