Next Insurance Announces Series A

Digital small business insurance agency Next Insurance announced it has picked up $29 million in a Series A round, bringing its total funding to date to $42 million. Nationwide, Markel and Munich Re/HSB Ventures are backers; to name three. Two things to note on the company that was launched back in 2016 and now counts some 3,551 happy customers. One. The company said it plans to develop its “own insurance products”. Two. It has a new look.

Before.

After.

Bottom Line: because no one is serving small business in an efficient manner. And yet not everyone is impressed.
