On AXA Italia’s Use of Video

AXA Italia and Italian bank Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena recently announced the launch of tailored videos for AXA’s car insurance policyholders.

 

The Idea – 40 days before renewal, a policyholder will receive an email containing a link to a personalized video that’s about 1 minute long. The video will include: name and surname, expiration date of current policy, and the renewal premium; to name some. The new service was born from the desire to transform the customer experience, focusing on personalization, immediacy and simplicity . “Continuous innovation, accessibility and quality interactions: these are the characteristics of our “tailor-made” video.” – CEO of AXA Italia, Patrick Cohen.
