PerchPeek raises $11 million

Relocation platform PerchPeek has raised $11 million in a Series A round co-led by Stage 2 Capital and AlbionVC.

Founded in 2018, the London-based startup is on a mission to make overseas relocation less stressful by offering a range of services and a digital platform. The startup currently supports employees relocating to over 25 countries and it claims that it can save companies up to 70% in relocation costs.

PerchPeek offers services for different stages that include pre-departure, arrival, home-finding, and settling in. Some of the services include getting a mobile phone, a bank account, health insurance, and of course, home insurance.

“If 2021 was the year of the ‘great resignation’, 2022 will be the year of the ‘great relocation’. We are seeing an enormous appetite among employees to move around for work (in fact, 79% of employees would consider moving abroad according to a recent survey), and employers are matching this appetite by offering competitive relocation packages. It’s why some of the world’s largest technology, financial, and consulting firms are coming to us looking for a more cost-efficient and personal way to make relocation possible.” – Paul Bennett, CEO of PerchPeek.
