RAC enters the telematics space
Provider of roadside assistance and car insurance in UK, RAC, has launched the RAC Black Box Insurance to allow young drivers a shot at lowering their insurance premium if they can demonstrate that they can drive responsibly. Fun Fact: RAC had a short love affair with Aviva who acquired the company in 2005 only to sell it to Carlyle Group in 2011. Bottom Line: Ingenie is watching.
