RGAX to Kickoff Third Annual Big Ideas Competition
The goal of Big Ideas is to identify possible solutions to the challenges currently affecting the life and health markets. RGAX invites anyone not employed by an insurance or reinsurance company, and who is committed to offering solutions in the areas of life and health, to submit ideas online by March 21, 2019.
“We are tapping those outside insurance and reinsurance because we believe they have ideas that could further innovation throughout our industry as well as deliver clear customer benefits,” said Emmanuel Djengue, Innovation Director, RGAX EMEA. “Through the Big Ideas competition, we will work with first-time and/or experienced entrepreneurs to unlock these ideas, bring them to market, and build businesses together.”

The top five submissions from each country will be invited to pitch their ideas at the end of March at events in cities across Europe, including Madrid, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Milan. These events will be held at Impact Hub, a global network of innovative communities that foster entrepreneurship and business development. Four finalists will receive business advice and mentoring, along with an all-expense-paid trip (including transportation and accommodations) for two days/one night to the Final Pitch event, to be held in Paris on April 25th. The winner will receive a cash prize of 10.000€ from RGAX.
