Refresher: Everplans is a New York-based company (and a team of ~25) established in 2012. It has raised $15.5m in funding from several investors, including Transamerica Ventures, for its online estate and legacy planning platform that offers document management starting at $75 a year for individuals, and $196 a month for advisors.
