About Us

NeuralMetrics enhances insurers’ underwriting capabilities, providing fast, actionable, and transparent answers from third party and unstructured sources. The data provider is transforming the commercial insurance experience by using artificial intelligence to extract underwriting answers from public data and natural language processing to deliver classification and intelligent underwriting.   By simply entering a business name and address, the platform will generate numerous data points for an underwriter to assess a risk thereby eliminating all the tedious manual research that is currently done today.  Additionally, the product features API’s that enable carriers to easily integrate the NeuralMetric’s data into their quoting process.

The company was started in 2016 and employs over 50 people who focus mostly on engineering and the ongoing development of the platform and products.


About the role

The Sales Executive will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to build the customer base to support revenue growth.  The company already has commercial clients (see Nationwide press release below*) that are actively using the product for various use cases.  The Sales Executive will build and execute a sales strategy that creates a strong prospect pipeline and defined process to turn prospects to customers.


About you

We are looking for team members who are passionate about SaaS sales and fostering excitement about the value of our unique product which provides underwriters with fast, accurate, and transparent underwriting information. You will target and sell key clients that include Tier 1 & 2 insurance carriers, MGA’s, large brokers and Insurtechs.  You will represent the company at conferences and trade shows.  More specific requirements:

  • 3+ years of SaaS selling experience – insurance industry preferred
  • Passionate about hunting and closing new business opportunities
  • Skilled communicator and relationship builder
  • Strong overall business acumen
  • Accurately manage, report, and communicate the sales pipeline
  • Demonstrated track record of regularly exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively, in a remote work environment
  • BA or equivalent 4 year degree
