The round included participation from existing investors Viola FinTech, MassMutual Ventures, Nationwide, Hearst Ventures, Moneta VC, as well as new investors Viola Growth and Fort Ross Ventures.

The plan has nearly $96 million in assets under management and approximately 1,150 plan participants. The consultant for the plan was Innovest.

Three of the top five property and casualty insurers have already joined the Clear HOI platform. In addition to Nationwide, participating companies include Allstate, Liberty Mutual, Farmers Insurance and Lemonade.

In addition to recordkeeping and administrative services, Nationwide will provide participants with financial planning services and access to the online My Interactive Retirement Planner.

The program launched earlier this month.

The offering is available online only and allows consumers to get a quote for the bundled insurance package in "just a few easy steps."

The two will offer AB’s Lifetime Income Strategy (LIS) to Nationwide’s large retirement plan clients.

Founded in 2018, Lower offers consumers the ability to go online or download an app and find a one-stop shop experience where they can save for a home, get a mortgage, and protect their home through its insurance marketplace.

In this role, Rae Ann will lead Nationwide’s Office of Compliance and Ethics and be responsible for regulatory compliance for our businesses.

Customers will have access to a tailored car insurance purchase experience.

The round included IA Capital, Nationwide, Cofounders Capital, Fin VC, and Cameron Ventures.

Nationwide has filed a new trademark application for Risk Spotter on May 19th.

This round brings Extend’s total funding to more than $315 million with a $1.6 billion valuation.
